freakin metroid link! not only does it insist on sticking out like that, i had a time getting the button. for some reason bhx took the 'link to us' button off the site T__T. so i had to find his photobucket account and figure out the user name and p word that i had forgotten and i had deleted the pm he sent them to me in. so i eventually figured it out. (it was much simpler than i thought). but then i had to find the link to us button among all the other stuff, and when i did find it, i realized it sucked (sorry bhx and/or gus, but you couldnt read that thing!). so i took it into photoshop and fixed it up. i gave it a gradient, sofend it, and most importantly, gave it a readable font. then i up loaded it into my photobucket, and got the tag and put it in the template. but would it work? of course not! it refused to get a bullet like all the rest of the links. so i messed around with it, looked it over, madesure it was identicall to all the rest of the lines ('sept for the address tho) and it still wont work. and frankly, i dont give a damn anymore. (<-- 10 points if you reconized it). anyway, now that im done. what i really came here to talk about is this comic my friend, rundee, is drawing. it has this girl, and i dont care what she (rundee) says, that is a pirate! the most prominant pirate thing is the eye patch. but she also has the big kind of sleeves you find on sea coats, and buckles on her shoes, and a big belt, and a short sword. now at first i didnt realize the sword thing, but the i remembered pirates didnt like long swords 'cause they would get caught in the rigging and such. oh, and i took this from her bag, so i might as well use it for something before she realizes. (i think he would look better with squareish glasses)

at uncle vince's house

well, as promised i will tell you what went on yesterday at uncle vnice's.
when we pulled up, uncle vnice was pulling out of the drive way and aunt sandy told us that my cousin, marco, had just "run away". now marco, he has a bad case of ADD and so naturally, we were worried about him. apparently, uncle vince got mad at him for not mowwing the lawn right and yelled at him. in the course of loosing his temper, he called marco retarded. thats not cool. marco got upset and desided to "run away". so dad and i went back out in the car to look for him too. we found him walking up the street. appaently uncle vince had missed him. he refused when we offered him a ride, but came home about a minute later anyway. dad gave him a pair of binoculars and he seemed to feel better. he went up stairs and aunt sandy started to vent about uncle vince. it was kind of akward. but then i we all went outside and i told about my trip to the state scinence fair. that worked to lighten things a up a bit. marco came down and i told him i had brought th first 3 seasons of .hack//sign and we could watch it if he wanted. he said yeah, but 3/4 of the wat thru eppisode 3 he lost interest and went to get brownies. i had already seen it so i didnt feel much like watching it again by my self. so i went outside again and found dad, uncle vince, and grandpop playing bacci. its a 4 player game so they recruted me to uncle vince's team. i wasnt all that happy about this, seeing as how he had been a jerk to his son earlier, but what can you do? i made a few good shots and every one started to make a big deal about it. well, everyone being dad and uncle vince. i happen to have agreed with grandpop in that it wasnt that great cause we were tied anyway. so then all the guys ('sept dad) went to get clams. i dont like clams. so when they came back i had a few brownies instead. they were pretty good, considering they were made by my aunt sandy. there was a break untill they grilled the steaks, so marco and i started to watch that movie Flubber. its a bad remake of The Absent-minded Professor. i guess it was aimed at a lower age group. that flying robot was a bitch. we had to stop it in the middle to eat. o-m-g. i hate eating there. they always have these tough steaks. i dont know where they get them, but it should really be put out of its misery. those steaks are all full of membranes and grit and they have the consistancy of rubber. there were also these wierd sausages that i didnt even bother with. after dinner we fineshed flubber and waited for dessert. i had some more brownies. then aunt sandy asked if i would like some spumoni ice cream. now, i like that kind of ice cream and it seemed like she was trying to get rid of it, so i said sure. she filled this huge bowl to the top. garr! i didnt want that much, but i ate it anyway. meh, i was afraid i would get sick. (cause this one time in bar harbor, maine, i got really sick from this huge cone of vanilla heath bar crunch. it was not a good night...) so after that marco and i watched a little more of his cable (i dont have cable.. v_v) there was this show about this gun range. 10-15 year waiting list to be alowed to shoot stuff (washers, dryers, old cars) it was really a strange thing. but then it was time to go. and we had to take Gmom and Gpop home too. when we got to their house i layed in the grass in their front yard and looked at the stars. after that i felt very peaceful. then we rode home and i tryed to explain to dad about how padme is luke and leia's mother. and that boss nas was at her funeral in episode III. (he likes gungans). when i got home, i did a stupid thing and turned on the compy. dum dum dum! cause i know if i do that, im gonna wind up staying on it for hours. infact, i posted on here, then watched the last season of .hack, then came back and wrote that review. T__T i could have waited, but ohh no! doesnt really matter cause i had off today anyway. still not good tho.
well, now im at my aunt judy's house, typing this up on her new G5. its the kind that looks like it could eat you. i dont really like macs. we just got back here from shopping at the mall. i got some nice shirts and a pair of jeans. *sarcasm* fun fun fun! now we're just waiting for the food to get here. aunt clair is watching me type this, so i guess thats all for now.

.hack

well, i went to the library on friday and i was looking thru the dvds they had, and i noticed they had the first 3 seasons of .hack//sign. and being myself, i like anime. so i took it out. i started watching it and all tsukasa did for the first minute was gasp and look all shocked and such. and i was like "oh man, this had better not turn out like blue gender" (blue gender sucked really bad). but i kept watching. and im glad, because it started to shape up. i was also very intruiged by "The World". i really wish they had that and i dont blame tsukasa for not really wanting to leave. now, about tsukasa, in the begining he was a really weak, vague, and not likeable character. but once he started to warm up to the people around him, i started to think he was ok. like when he went all the way to that nasty cold snowy place in the middle of the night to get that girl's gunty some purple cherries, that was cool of him. (even tho it was in vain. i dont understand why he didnt stick up for him self when she got mad tho... baka). and i like his character design. i always did like the humble mage's robes and the like cool staff as well. next up is mimiru. she is a whine-er! only when you have it in japanese tho. but dont even think about switching it to the dub. casue then she sounds angry all the time and you get the wrong idea. but at least she has drive. she wont give up. and i like the yellow stripes on her face. i would have never thought of that. she has her good and bad points, and i cant really relate to her so shes not my favourite. speaking of my favourite, we have bear. i really dont like his character design. what with the mini skirt loincloth and no shirt. his face and hair are ok, but i dont like how his hand on his purple arm in flesh tone instead of purple. but i definatly like his personality the best. he seems like a really nice guy, helpin' out the no0bs and what not. altho, i do have doubts about him outside of The World, what with the being at least 30 with kids and still spending that much time online. but what can you do. when he is online, he seems like he is genuine about wanting to help and he gets hurt when tsukasa says stuff about all adults being unfair. i think tsukasa is being very closed minded. now we have subaru. she holds a powerful position but in my eye she is even weaker than tsukasa! maybe its just her small voice, but she seems like a weak little girl who fakes being winded all the time just to get a free ride. and where are those wings comming from? i thought it was ileagal in The World to have characters with stuff chnged about them. and she carries that axe around but ive never seen her ues it once. (yeah, tsukasa used his staff once in the first episode, but at least he used it). she has all guys after her, and plays them againt one another, but doesnt like either of them. speaking of the guys after her, silver knight. he is a jackarse. he is really jealouse about anyone have any contact with subaru. he thinks he should be the only one to be alowed even be within 40 feet of her. you want to talk about adults being selfish? this guy is a perfect example. and i dont like his stupid helmate. its stupid.... the other guy after subaru is crim. he is a hot shot, but he's not so bad. i give credit for quiting the crimson knights. the front of his hair is acceptable, but that silly little ponytail he has can go. it looks like a stream of water comming out of a watering can. his cloths are fine, and his face is good. his shoes could be differnt, but its not a big deal. other than that, there is not much to say about crim. moving on to BT. she is a nasty little gossiper that i would love to squish with a fly swater. she takes advantage of bear, crim, subaru, and mimiru. spilling secrets left and right, and making up rumors for her gain. she has very good gathering and anyalyzing skills, but she is a dispicable person. i dont know why the others put up with her. i dont like anything about her. serves her right to get stalked by sora. speaking of sora, he is a crack pot. crazy, off his rocker, crack pot. plain and simple. he is one of those slimey guys who has that slimey, high pithced laugh... all the time. he will just start laughing at nothing at all. he'll be watching the weather chanle and just start snickering at the low pressure zone. thats how far away he is. nut job. and his hair isnt even on both sides. he has, like, a backwards mullet. and his hips are WAY to big to be a man. i dont even want to know whats going on with this guy. and speaking of now knowing whats going on, that cat person. what is that supposed to be? is that supposed to be tsukasa's mom? HUH? cause its obviously not. how would his dead mother get into an online game in the first place? tsukasa is an idiot for beliveing it. it obviously has ill will for him. and why wont it say anything out loud. it bothers me.
over all, the best word to discribe this serires is Vague. very vague. the first season wasnt so good, the second season was better, and the third was pretty good. mostly because tsukasas character developed. i also liked most of the music. not the opening and closing themes, but most of the music in the actually episodes. exsecially that one that starts "come with me in the twilight, on a summer night, for a while". i think i'll go back to the library and see if they have season 4 ^__^ (cause season 3 ends with tsukasa getting killed by his own guardian T__T i want to know what happens next!)

interlude

well, i just asked mike if it was the wrong ninjai. it wasnt. when i told him what i thought, he said "blah on you".oh well.
now then, i've watched up to the end of season 2 of .hack//sign. i forget who told me to watch it tho, so im not sure who to tell. it was either dsr, or stalkerbuddie. but i forget. so i'll have to ask one of them. i hope it was stalkerbuddie because i havnt seen dsr around in a while. anyway, i have season 3 out so im gonna go watch it now and i'll tell you what i think when i get back. the seasons are long tho, it takes a while to watch them. so for now i'll just say that its strange that they would name a font after a midevil war machine. oh, and i'll have to say what happened at my uncle's house today. it wasnt very exiteing, but its all i did all day so it might as well be in here.
i shall return shortly.

yet more to tell

well, tonight we went out to eat. that wasnt our main purpose for going out, but thats the only thing we wound up doing. first we went to a Chilies. we waited 20 mins for a table, then it was all dirty and nasty so she said we should leave. and that we did. so we got some gas, and while we where filling up, 2 fire engines went by. they pulled into the chillies parking lot. it must have ben an omen. maybe we wont go back to chillies. so we drove around looking for a place to eat. we saw and olive garden, but that place is no good. we saw a TGI fridays, but i dont trust their meat. we saw a baja fresh, but i cant stand it in there. so we wound up in this little strip mall. it had an italian "brick oven" place, and a japanese place called Cho Cho San. she said she would prefer pizza to japanese tonight so we went into the italian place. the first thing we noticed was the smell. it wasnt so good. it smelled like parmajan cheeze. the next thing we noticed was that the bick oven was gas. the last thing we noticed was that there were no waitresses in site. we went over to cho cho san's. the first thing we noticed there was the smell. it was not so good (raw fish), but more tolerable than the other place. besides, it was a sushi bar so shouldnt it smell like fish? plus there was plenty of help around and it reminded me strongly of this little japanese place that we go to all the time (kimono sushi bar). so we stayed. when we sat down she said "at this place they dont even give you a fork!". this was because i had been having trouble getting chopsticks at this place near me (kings garden). i asked, like, 5 or six times for some chopsticks and the guy was just like "yes, yes" and then he would go away and never bring the the chopsticks. GAH!but anyway, as i looked at the menu, i noticed a section called "Katsu (deep fried)". i was greatly amused! because my anime club has been talking about getting the funds together to go to katsukon. and now i find out that katsu means deep fried? thats just wierd. so we'll be going to "deepfriedkon". uber amusing. but i wound up getting yakki udon with chicken, and she got shrimp tempura. we both got miso soup and house salad. the miso soup was very good, it had this unique smoky flavour i had never had before in miso. the salad was also very good. the ginger dressing was exelant! when our main courses came they both looked very good. and although i havnt had much practice eating udon with chopsticks, i managed to get it all in my mouth ^__^. her tempura was actually better than my udon tho, nice and crispy. and i have never seen shrimp that long! it was all very good. so if your ever in the neigbor hood (montgomeryville) , go to Cho Cho San.
now then, after we got back, i came online and made this blog. but i kept thinking about how good that udon was. and that made me remember that mike keeps telling me to watch this flash called "ninjai" bacause its really funny. and he said it was spelled funny. but i forgot how he said it was spelled, so i just googled it as ninjai. and i got a flash (well, set of flashes), but its not funny at all. (well, there was this one part, but that wsant meant to be funny.) its about a little ninja, named ninjai. he wants to know who he is, and where he came from. he has some issues. anyway, it comes in chapters and goes up to chapter 12. but it moves SO slow, you woulnt belive. and they talk SO slow, you still wouldnt belive. the animation is pretty good and all, but where is it going? the one part i found funny was in chpt 9, when tokagawa wakes up, and the rooster crows. i know it sounds, well, not funny. but if im not mistaken, that is the same rooster crowing as in Legend of Zelda: OoT. i am a major zelda freak, so that makes me laugh. ^___^;;. the only other thing about this ninjai is the sound track. i wonder if i can get that somewhere?
.... and i'll also give it that the bird was cute. but that does not balance out all the unnessisary drama...
well, thats enough for now.

and most foremost

well, I'm kirin and i cant remeber the name of the cop in freakazoid. and its been really bothering me because nobody else seems to even remember the show. i havnent even thought about freakazoid is, like, almost 2 years i guess. its a shame too. i used to be such a big freakafan. getting up at 4:00 am everyday just to watch it. and now i cant even remember the name of the police officer!!! i know it started with a C. or at least i think so. and its not like i couldnt find out if i wanted to. i could just google it. but i want to either remember it, or find someone else who remembers it.
but the whole reason i was thinking about freakazoid was because finals are comming up. and i was thinking about finals and that made me all depressed. and when ever i get depressed i tend to look through my old files (from my old compy). and i found a folder called "Freakastuff". so i open it up and i find that song by greenday, time of your life, but it has all quotes from freakazoid put in it. so i listened to that, and it was making me even more depressed becasue it made me think about how they canceled the show. but then, at the very end they threw in the quote

Cop: ask the other super heros if you dont belive me!
freakazoid: i cant. theyre all away at some comfrence.
some guy: hey, how come your not at that super hero confrence?
hunts man: I LOST THE ADDRESS!!

and that last line by the huntsman just cracked me up. and i wasnt depressed anymore. so i looked through the rest of the folder and found a bunch of quotes and i laughed really hard. i love the one thats "LAUGH WITH ME JOCKO! LAUGH WITH ME! EEEEEeeeeEEEEeee!" so ammused! well, that was fun. anyway. if you happen to read this, and you happen to know the name of the cop in freakazoid, i would really appreciate it if you told me. because its driving me crazy!
